Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Statement

This statement, made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, sets out steps Agincare has taken and is continuing to take to understand and minimise the potential risk of modern slavery in its business and supply chains.

Our Organisation

We provide a wide range of care services to support individual’s need including Live-in Care, Home Care, Residential Care Homes, Supported Living and Training Solutions.

Agincare is committed to the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and the abolition of modern slavery and human trafficking. Our Supply Chain

Due to the nature of our business, Agincare assess itself to have a low risk of Modern Slavery in our business and supply chains.

Our supply chains are limited and we procure goods and services from a restricted range of UK and overseas suppliers predominantly via UK Government Frameworks.

Embedding the Principles

The principles will continue to be embedded by the following activities:

  • Ensure that consideration of the modern slavery risks and prevention are added to Agincare’s policy review process as an employer and procurer of goods and service
  • Embed a zero-tolerance policy towards modern slavery through policy, education and learning

This statement constitutes our slavery and human trafficking statement; it will be reviewed and updated annually.
